Property Fund (POPF)
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF), would like to announce the dividend payment of POPF and book closing date with details as follows:
That the dividend payment of Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF) for the operation period from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 and retained earnings would be at the rate of Baht 0.25 4 4 per unit, and the payment date will be on September 5, 2022.
That the Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receiving dividend by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment units on August 18, 2022.

Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The purpose of the Fund is to raise funds from unitholders to invest in properties and leasehold rights and utilize them for commercial benefit with indefinite expiration date. The Fund has invested in leasehold properties by purchasing and/or leasing land, buildings, equipment and utility systems of Ploenchit Center Building and UBC II Building. It also invests in Bangna Tower Project for the leasehold rights in land, certain parts of buildings and building systems for approximately 30 years, sub-leasehold rights of certain parts of land for approximately seven years and ownership in movable properties. The Fundâs management company is SCB Asset Management Company Limited. Its mutual fund supervisor is KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited. Its property managers include Erawan Commercial Management Company Limited, Bhiraj Management Company Limited and Teo Hong Silom Company Limited.
