REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Collegno (TO), November 15th 2018 - Prima Industrie S.p.A. announces that during the period between November 7th and November 14th 2018 the Company purchased 35,680 treasury shares for a total amount of 767,488.32 euro, as part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 20, 2018.
