Polyplex Corporation Limited Appoints Pooja Haldea as Independent Director and Member of Audit Committee

Polyplex Corporation Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Pooja Haldea, on the Board of the company, pursuant to Section 149 of the companies act, 2013 and Clause 49 (Revised) of the Listing Agreement, as an Independent Director. She has also been co-opted as a member of Audit Committee of the company, at the board meeting held on March 30, 2015.
