PGNiG To Seek Energy Sector Acquisitions

Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (WSE:PGN) is mainly interested in acquisitions in the energy sector, its Chief Executive Officer said on January 24, 2020. “We want to be a multi-energy champion in the region,” Jerzy Kwiecinski told reporters. “We can cooperate with all companies. It can also be takeovers, above all we will focus on the energy sector”.
