ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION:

On our public disclosure dated October 5, 2020, Polisan Holding announced that it signed a protocol to sell approximately 3.9 million square meters of agricultural land for TRY8 million (excluding VAT). The land, owned by Polisan Kimya, a 100% subsidiary of Polisan Holding, is located in Balıkesir and Manisa, and was used for the agricultural activities that have been halted.

The sales transaction has been completed on January 25, 2021 and the related amount has been transferred to our accounts.
