(Alliance News) - Poligrafici Printing Spa reported Thursday that it reported consolidated revenues as of March 31 of EUR6.1 million from EUR6.9 million.

The decrease from the same period in 2022 is attributable to the termination of the printing contract with associate Rotopress International Srl, which was being charged to Editoriale Nazionale, as well as due to lower charges for costs incurred on behalf of third parties. As of January 1, printing of all editions of the daily newspaper Corriere Romagna began under a 4-year contract.

Consolidated profit was EUR300,000, down from the profit of EUR600,000 reported as of March 31, 2022.

Consolidated EBITDA is EUR1.2 million from EUR1.5 million.

Ebit is EUR676,000 from EUR865,000 in the same period last year.

Cash and cash equivalents amounted to EUR2.4 million, net of the effect of IFRS 16 application of EUR9.7 million.

The Consolidated Net Financial Position calculated according to the ESMA recommendation shows debt of EUR7.3 million compared to debt of EUR6.8 million as of December 31, 2022.

Poligrafici Printing trades down 0.9 percent at EUR0.44 per share.
