Pluxee has raised its organic sales growth target for fiscal year 2024 to around +18%, compared with +15 to +17% previously, and is maintaining its target of a recurring EBITDA margin of at least 35%, including standalone costs.

Total sales amounted to 297 million euros in the third quarter, representing organic growth of 17.9%, partly offset by a currency effect of -4.1%, mainly due to hyperinflation in Turkey.

For its core employee benefits business, the former Sodexo division claims total issued sales of 4.6 billion euros, up 10% organically, underpinned by an increase in the net retention rate and solid business development.
