PLUTON RESOURCES LIMITED We refer to the appointment of Sam Marsden and Derrick Vickers as Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of the Company on 5 October 2015 by the Board of Directors, pursuant to section 449C(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).
Further to the announcement dated 10 December 2015, we advise that the Company and World System Capital Investment Limited (BVI) executed the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) on 4 January 2016.
As predicated at the second meeting of creditors, the terms of the DOCA require an application to the Court pursuant to s444DA of the Act. The process required for the application to the Court has already commenced.
Further details will be provided once the application has been heard by the Court.
A copy of the DOCA will also be lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Upon execution of the DOCA on 4 January 2016, Derrick Vickers and I retired as Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of the Company and we were appointed Joint and Several Deed Administrators.
The assets of the Company remain under the control of the Receivers & Managers. Shareholders are advised to monitor ASX announcements for further updates.
