In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Pluton Resources Limited (ASX: "PLV") ("Pluton" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Ms Sara Kelly as Company Secretary, effective immediately.
The Company advises that Mr Graeme Smith has resigned as Company Secretary effective 10
April 2015. The Board records its appreciation of the service of Mr Smith and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
