On August 9, 2021, Dr. Suying Liu notified the Board of Directors of PLBY of his resignation from the Board effective immediately. At the time of Dr. Liu’s resignation, he was a member of the Audit, Compensation and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees of the Board.
