Tricon No.1 Investment Association agreed to acquire 10% stake in NK Mulsan CO., LTD. (KOSE:A009810) from Hana Modu Co.,Ltd., X. Co., Ltd, Onurimedia Co., Ltd., Namsan Mulsan Co., Ltd. and Namgung Gyeon for KRW 29.9 billion on September 8, 2021. As per the terms of the transaction, Tricon No.1 Investment Association shall acquire 7.9 million in NK Mulsan CO., LTD. at KRW 3,776 per share. A down payment of KRW 6 billion shall be made and balance of KRW 23.9 billion shall be paid upon the approval of the shareholders. If transaction is canceled, both Tricon No.1 Investment Association and sellers responsible for canceling the contract shall pay the other party KRW 2 billion in gold as a penalty. The transaction is subject to approval of the shareholders of NK Mulsan CO., LTD.
