Plato Gold Corp. agreed to acquire 42 unpatented cell claims in Killala Lake Area Townships for CAD 0.06 million from Rudolf Wahl and Mike Dorval.

Plato Gold Corp. (TSXV:PGC) agreed to acquire 42 unpatented cell claims in Killala Lake Area Townships for CAD 0.06 million from Rudolf Wahl and Mike Dorval on July 8, 2024. A cash consideration of CAD 0.02 million will be paid by Plato Gold Corp.

The consideration consists of 2 million common equity of Plato Gold Corp. to be issued for assets of 42 unpatented cell claims in Killala Lake Area Townships. Closing of the Acquisition is anticipated to occur on or around July 9, 2024, and is subject to the prior approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
