The report:
The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs, that on 5 November 2014 the Bank's Supervisory Board resolved to adopt the consolidated text of the Bank's Articles of Association in the wording specified in the Appendix No. 1 to this report.
The consolidated text of the Bank's Articles of Association is the version taking into account the succeeding changes to the text in wording specified in the resolution No. 34/2010 of the AGM convened on 25 June 2010 arouse by the resolutions: No. 3/2011 of the EGM of the Bank on 14 April 2011, No. 26/2011 of the AGM of the Bank on 30 June 2011, and No. 45/2014, No. 47/2014, No. 48/2014 of the AGM of the Bank on 26 June 2014.
A detailed list of the changes made to the Articles of Association in wording specified in the resolution No. 34/2010 of the AGM convened on 25 June 2010, included on the basis of the abovementioned resolutions of the General Meetings is presented in the Appendix No. 2 to this report.
