The Board of Directors of PJBumi Berhad ("the Company") has approved the change in the financial year end ("FYE") of the Company from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024, covering a period of 18 months. The subsequent FYE shall be 30 June for following years.
The reason for the change of FYE is to provide adequate time for the new auditors who have yet to be appointed, to perform and complete the audit.
