Pioneer Green Farms, Inc. is engaged in growing hemp flowers from seeds to oil. The Company’s primary business is the cultivation, harvest, extraction, and sales of hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) oil to wholesale buyers. The seed is planted and harvested then extracted into oil. The Company uses an extraction facility to extract the oil from the plants. CBD oil can be used to produce products containing hemp-derived CBD, including products that are sold as dietary supplements. The crops grown by the Company are processed into non- tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) hemp oil to be sold to third party manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. The Company operates two locations across the Florida.
