PIK Group, Open Joint Stock Company (MICEX:PIKK) signed an agreement to sell unknown minority stake in House-Building Plant N 3 Joint Stock Company for RUB 7.2 million on January 23, 2013. Under the terms of agreement, PIK Group will acquire .01 million shares. The deal got an approval from Board of Directors of PIK Group.
