PHOENIX APPOINTS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Phoenix Gold Limited (Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Colleran to its Board of Directors.

Aaron Colleran - BEng (Geology), BComm (Finance)

Aaron is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations at Evolution Mining Ltd. He was originally an exploration geologist and has experience in Australia and Papua New Guinea across a range of commodities including gold and diamonds. More recently Aaron has worked in the investment banking industry where he has provided strategic advisory services to junior and mid-tier mining companies.

Aaron brings valuable experience to the Company and his background and skills will be most welcome as Phoenix completes its integration into the Evolution Mining Group.
