Perpetual Resources Limited is an Australia-based company, which is pursuing exploration and development of critical minerals essential to the fulfillment of global new energy requirements. It is active in exploring for lithium, rare earth elements (REE) and other critical minerals in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Its projects include Itinga Lithium, Bontempi Lithium, Ponte Nova Lithium, Padre Paraiso Lithium and Beharra Silica Sands. Its flagship asset, the Beharra Project, is located 300 kilometers (km) north of Perth and 96km south of the port town of Geraldton in Western Australia, covering an area of about 49 square kilometers. The Itinga prospect area is situated within the Aracuai Pegmatite District of the Eastern Brazilian Pegmatite Province. The Padre Paraiso tenements are strategically situated within the Eastern Brazilian Pegmatite Province, closely associated with the Neoproterozoic Aracuai orogeny. The Bontempi Project is located 400m north of its Itinga Licenses.
