Company Peregrine Gold Limited

Peregrine Gold Limited is an Australia-based gold and lithium exploration company. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Newman Gold Project, consisting of approximately eight granted exploration licenses (and six applications) covering a total of 1,547 square kilometers (km2) located on the Sylvania Inlier in the southwest of the prolific Pilbara region. The project is situated approximately 30 km south and west of Newman and approximately 1,000 km north-northeast of Perth at the southern edge of the Hamersley area of Western Australia. The tenement package comprises predominately greenfields tenements prospective for gold that have been underexplored. Its Mallina Gold Project (Mallina) comprises four tenements (three granted, one application) covering approximately 1,728 km2 of the Mallina Basin in the Northern Pilbara of Western Australia. Its Pilgangoora North Lithium Prospect (E45/5775) is located approximately five kilometers along the strike from Pilgangoora.
