Peers Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7066) agreed to acquire 100% stake in One Go One Way Co., Ltd. from Naoya Kiyota for ¥20 million on August 18, 2020. Under the terms, Peers Co will acquire 20 shares. One Go One Way will become subsidiary of Peers Co and the management resources of the entire Group will be reinforced. For the year ended May 2020, One Go One Way reported net worth of ¥1 million, total assets of ¥18 million, sales of ¥63 million, operating profit and net income of ¥1 million. Peers Co's Board of Directors meeting held on August 18, 2020 resolved this transaction. This transaction is expected to close on August 21, 2020. Peers Co has reported the advisory fee of approximately ¥1 million.
Peers Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the consulting business in the telecommunications industry. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of consulting services, human resource solution services and information technology (IT) solution services.
