DISSOLUTION OF PEC HONG KONG PTE. LIMITEDThe Board of Directors of PEC Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that PEC Hong Kong Pte. Limited ("PEC Hong Kong"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has received confirmation from the Registrar of Companies, Hong Kong that the dissolution of PEC Hong Kong has been completed and the dissolution has taken effect from 16 December 2016.
PEC Hong Kong was incorporated in Hong Kong on 2 December 2010 and the principle business of PEC Hong Kong was engineering, procurement, construction and management services.
The said dissolution up will not have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2017.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the above transaction.
