The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. ('Company') informs that on 6 November 2015 received the decision from the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, IX Economic Department - Register of Pledges, that on 29 October 2015 were established a two pledges of PLN 10 254 808,50 (jointly 20 509 617 PLN) for the benefit of PKO Leasing SA with the registered office in Warsaw ('PKO Leasing').

The registered pledge is a collateral of all PKO Leasing claims arising from the loan agreement concluded with PCC Intermodal SA about which the Company informed in current report no 33/2014 and it is the fulfillment of the obligations under this agreement.

The registered pledge was established on two RMG cranes, which are installed and used on the container terminal in Kutno. The carrying amount of assets, on which the pledge was established, according to the Company's accounting books is PLN 13 935 655,92.

The encumbered movables were considered assets of significant value, because their total value represents more than 10% of its equity. The basis of this report is that the value of the pledge exceeds the equivalent of EUR 1,000,000.

There are no associations between the Company, people managing or supervising the Company and the PKO Leasing or people managing the PKO Leasing.
