PBA Holdings Bhd Announces Redesignation of Dato' Agatha Foo Tet Sin as Non Independent and Non Executive Director, Effective 01 June 2023

PBA Holdings Bhd upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("NRC"), approved the re-designation of Dato' Agatha Foo Tet Sin, 63, as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2023. Dato' Agatha will remain as a member of Audit and Risk Management Committee and NRC of the Company.
