PAYSAUCE LIMITED The Board of LED processor and distributor Energy Mad Limited is sad to announce the departure of CEO/CFO, Paul Ravlich with effect from 1 April 2016.
Mr Ravlich has decided not to accept an appointment to either the CEO or CFO roles created out of the restructure notified to the Market on 9 December 2015.
Mr Ravlich said "The decision was a difficult one, but I felt the time was right to pursue opportunities and challenges outside of Energy Mad".
Mr Ravlich made a significant and material contribution to improving the financial performance of Energy Mad since his appointment to the CEO role in February 2013.
The Board wish to acknowledge Mr Ravlich's contribution and commitment to Energy Mad and wishes him all the best for the future.
