Standard Life European Private Equity Trust plc Approves Final Dividend for the Year Ended September 30, 2013 Payable on January 30, 2014

Standard Life European Private Equity Trust plc announced that its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on January 28, 2014 approved final dividend of 5.0 pence per ordinary share for the year ended September 30, 2013. The final dividend will be paid on January 30, 2014. The cash cost of the final dividend is £8.2 million.
