Partners Value Split Corp., formerly BAM Split Corp., is a Canada-based investment fund. The Company's investment portfolio consists of an investment in the Class A Limited voting shares (Brookfield shares) of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (Brookfield), which provides management and administration services to the Company. The Company's objective is to invest in Brookfield shares that will generate cash dividends to fund fixed preferential cumulative quarterly dividends for the holders of the Company's preferred shares and enable the holders of the Company's capital shares to participate in any capital appreciation in the Brookfield shares. The Company's operations are managed by Brookfield and its subsidiary.
