Approval of the 2011 Annual Report. Election of the Board of Directors.
The dividend for the 2011 financial year(**) should be paid in May, following the Shareholders' meeting called for the approval of the 2011 Annual Report and upon proposal of the Board; the payment should take place on May 24, 2012, ex-dividend date: May 21, 2012.
