Rockleigh, N. J. (Jan. 9, 2014) - Complementing today's announcement of an updated Sensus Connect, which offers a dynamic portfolio of on-board infotainment and navigation solutions through cloud-based services, Volvo Car Group also announced it would be the first to market a unique user experience with Pandora (NYSE: P), the leading internet radio service.

Leveraging Volvo's ongoing partnership with Ericsson to offer cloud-based connectivity to its customers, Sensus Connect will provide the first fully integrated Pandora solution. With Pandora, listeners can tailor their own radio experience and engage the radio intuitively while discovering new music.

Using Pandora with Sensus Connect is seamless. While some automakers currently enable users to connect to Pandora via their phone, Volvo's solution resides in the cloud and can be conveniently accessed when Pandora is selected in the car. So Volvo drivers can choose to stream Pandora via a data connection provided by the built-in modem or their smartphone.
