Pace plc: Result of General Meeting

Pace plc ("Pace" or the "Company") announces that at its General Meeting held today at 9.30am (GMT) the ordinary resolution to approve the acquisition of Aurora Networks, Inc. ("Aurora") by way of merger was duly passed on a show of hands.
