P.C.S. Machine Group Holding Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Pramote Techasupatkul, the independent director, the chairman of the audit committee, and the nomination & remuneration committee, has resigned from the board of directors and other committees of the company since he is unable to fully perform his duties due to lot of business activities currently. The resignation is effective on January 1, 2019.
