Revenue from the French West Indies and French Guiana zone continued to improve, reaching ?31.8m over the third quarter of 2011, up 8.2% on the same period of 2010, thus illustrating the upturn in activity in this zone. The Indian Ocean zone saw a more contrasting performance, with revenue falling by 6.5% to ?17m in this zone. Nevertheless, the Group is in the process of reorganising its management in that zone, and this should be completed by the end of the current year.

Mobile activity

Over the third quarter of 2011, Mobile activity generated revenue of ?32.3m, an increase of 5.6% compared to the third quarter of 2010, thus maintaining a buoyant rate of growth.

Residential activity

Over the third quarter of 2011, Residential activity generated revenue of ?12.4m, a fall of 2.8% compared to the same period of 2010. This decrease was notably the result of a weaker sales performance in the Indian Ocean zone, where activity was down 10.4%, whilst activity in the French West Indies and French Guiana zone was up 2.0% over the same period.

Over the first 9 months of 2011, revenue from Residential activity totalled ?37.2m, a fall of 2.5% compared to the same period of 2010.
