GOH CHING WAH, GOH CHING LAI and GOH CHING HUAT made an offer to acquire 24.7% stake in Ossia International Limited (SGX:O08) from Goh Lee Choo and others for SGD9 million on June 12, 2024. A cash consideration valued at SGD 0.145 per share will be paid by the buyer. UBS AG Singapore Branch has confirmed certain financial resources, which financial resources are sufficient and available to the Joint Offerors to satisfy full acceptance of the Offer Shares by the Shareholders on the basis of the Offer Consideration.

As part of consideration, an undisclosed value is paid towards common equity of Ossia International Limited. The Board of Directors of Ossia International Limited formed a special committee for the transaction.
