SORIANA ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF TWO NEW STORESMonterrey, Nuevo León May 26th 2011. Organización Soriana, S.A.B. de C.V. (Soriana) gladly announces the opening of our 2 new stores; Soriana Mercado "Delicias" and Soriana Express “Camargo” both located in the states of Chihuahua. With the integration of these new units, the company strengthens its presence in that state, reaching 6 cities with a total of
27 stores under its different store formats.
With these new units, Soriana generates more than 150 new permanent jobs in addition to the Soriana family that every day gives their best effort in order to be the best shopping option for the Mexican families. Also, with this opening is achieved an increase of installed capacity of sales floor area of 5,901 sq.mts and an investment made of $81 million pesos for the construction of these stores.
