An undisclosed buyer entered into a contract to acquire Vacant retail property located in Kennesaw, Georgia from One Liberty Properties, Inc. (NYSE:OLP) for $6.7 million during the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A cash consideration of $6.7 million will be paid by the buyer. For the period ending December 31, 2023, Vacant retail property located in Kennesaw, Georgia generated $0.111 million of rental income.

One Liberty Properties, Inc. applied $4.4 million of the sale proceeds to pay off the related mortgage. Transaction is expected to close on June 28, 2024.
