The Board of CropLogic Limited resolved to appoint James Cooper-Jones as Chief Executive Officer. James was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. The company has been resolved to appoint Susan Hunter from Hunter Corporate as Company Secretary of company.

Ms. Hunter has 20 years of experience in accounting and Company Secretarial roles at Big 4 accounting firms including PwC and Ernst and Young. The company has been resolved to appoint Daniel Bramich from Bourke Group as Chief Financial Officer. Bourke Group is an award winning Financial Services business focused on the Small to Medium Enterprise Market with operations deep in the Australia food bowl of regional Victoria, Melbourne and internationally.

Bourke Group currently provides end to end financial services for 19 Companies in the middle market, with turnovers ranging from $5 million to $100 million.

Olympio Metals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company focused on the discovery and development of critical mineral projects. The Company's Cadillac Lithium Project is located in the Cadillac-Pontiac lithium camp in the Abitibi Temiscamingue region, over 70 kilometers (km) west of Val-dâOr, Quebec. It consists of over 334 contiguous mining claims covering 189 km2. Its Eurelia Project is located within the Adelaide Geosyncline in South Australia and encompasses an area prospective for carbonatite hosted REE mineralization. Its Goldfields Project comprises six granted exploration licenses, three granted prospecting licenses and one granted mining license, together cover an area of 104 blocks within the Archean volcano-sedimentary Norseman-Wiluna Greenstone Belt located in the Yilgarn Craton of Western Australia. The Halls Creek Project comprises six granted exploration licenses, together cover an area of 110 Blocks (340km2) located in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia.
