Olympia Industries Berhad announced the Cessation of DATO' SYED SULTAN BIN MOHD IDRIS, age 67 as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Nomination Committee. Date of change is on December 31, 2023. Composition of Nomination Committee: Members: Wong Siew Si (Independent Non-Executive Director); Dato' Aminudin Zaki bin Hashim (Independent Non-Executive Director).

Dato' Syed Sultan bin Mohd Idris will cease to be the Chairman of the Nomination Committee following his resignation as a Director of the Company on 31 December 2023.
