Old Grangonian Club SA is a Chile-based company principally engaged in the management and exploitation of the Old Grangonian Club private sports and social club. The Club is located in the outskirts of the commune of Penalolen and its facilities include soccer, hokey and rugby fields; tennis courts; a swimming pool; a bar-restaurant, and a salon for the celebration of events. The Company also offers summer camps activities and private coaching for such sports as rugby, football, tennis and field hockey. In addition, it hosts rugby games for the first and second divisions, field hokey matches, as well as tennis tournaments and others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held mayority stakes in Inversiones La Fuente SA.
