Bradesco Saúde S/A signed an agreement to acquire an additional 6.5% stake in Odontoprev S.A. (BOVESPA:ODPV3) from Randal Luiz Zanetti, Chief Executive Officer of Odontoprev S.A. on October 14, 2013. Post transaction, Bradesco Saúde's stake in Odontoprev will increase to 50.01% and Randal Luiz Zanetti will step down as Chief Executive Officer of Odontoprev and act as Deputy Chairman of Odontoprev and board member of Bradesco Seguros. Mauro Figueiredo will act as Chief Executive Officer of Odontoprev. The transaction is subject to approval from Central Bank of Brazil. Banco Bradesco BBI SA acted as financial advisor to Bradesco Saude and Odontoprev S.A.
