Odas Elektrik Uretim Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (IBSE:ODAS) announce a private placement of 8,500,000 group B shares at TRY 1 per share for gross proceeds of TRY 8,500,000 on February 12, 2015. The company will increase its capital from TRY 42,000,000 to TRY 50,500,000. The round will include participation from qualified investors.
