Obrascon Huarte Lain SA Approves Distribution; Announces Board Changes

Obrascon Huarte Lain SA announced that at the annual general meeting held on May 27, 2015, shareholders of the company approved the distribution and payment of a total gross dividend of EUR 35,038,992.92 charged against voluntary reserves, which represents a gross dividend of EUR 0.35 per outstanding share. The dividend will be distributed starting on June 5, 2015 though members of the Securities Registration, Clearance and Settlement System.
The meeting also approved the appointment of Ms. Reyes Calderón Cuadrado and Ms. Macarena Sainz de Vicuña y Primo de Rivera as directors of the company for a period of four years.
