OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION NOTICE
In connection with the communications of other relevant information dated 16 March 2021 and 18 March 2021 (with numbers 7993, 8044 and 8071), the Company informs that the Scheme Meeting was held on the date hereof and that the Scheme was approved by the required majority of the Scheme Creditors at the Scheme Meeting.
The Company will now seek an order from the Court sanctioning the Scheme. Please be advised that the hearing has been fixed to take place on Thursday 15 April 2021 before a Judge of the High Court of Justice in England and Wales via videoconference in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The time of the hearing is expected to be shown by the court lists issued on 14 April 2021.
Any interested party has the right to attend the hearing via video conference either themselves or through counsel and make representations at the Scheme Sanction Hearing. In order to access the Scheme Sanction Hearing, they should provide their details via email to ohl@lucid-is.com for the attention of Paul Kamminga and Victor Parzyjagla by 9:00am (London time) on 14 April 2021, following which they will be provided a video conference link directly by the Court.
The Company will continue to inform in a timely manner of all relevant issues in relation to the Scheme process.
