OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN, S.A. ('OHL' o la 'Sociedad'), in compliance with the requirements set out in the Regulation (UE) n. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and the Securities Market Law (Ley de Mercado de Valores), notifies the Spanish Stock Markets Commission (Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores) of the following.

In addition to the Significant Event announcement with CNMV number: 279.210 published on June, 17th 2020, OHL announces that, in relation to the debt that GVM and Pacadar have with the Company (the Debt), parties have reached an agreement resulting in the extension of the maturity of the Debt for thirty (30) additional calendar days, starting on September, 30th 2020.
Obrascon Huarte Lain SA (OHL) is a Spain-based company engaged in the construction and engineering sectors. Its activities are structured into three segments: Concessions, Engineering and construction, as well as Development. The Concessions division focuses on the promotion, development and management of a range of transportation infrastructure, such as highways, railways, airports and ports. The Engineering and construction division comprises three business lines: Construction, which is responsible for building civil infrastructure; Industrial, which is involved in the construction, maintenance and operation of industrial plants, and Services, which includes cleaning and maintenance of buildings and public roads, waste management and green area conservation.
