Company Nuveen All Cap Energy MLP Opportunities Fund

Nuveen All Cap Energy MLP Opportunities Fund (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of total return, including current distributions and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in energy Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs). The Fund considers investments in MLPs to include investments that offer economic exposure to publicly traded MLPs and private investments that have MLP characteristics, but are not publicly traded. The Fund will invest at least 60% of its managed assets in small and mid cap energy MLPs. The Fund's investment portfolio includes oil, gas and consumable fuels, energy equipment and services, and repurchase agreements. The Fund's investment advisor is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC.
