São Paulo, April 24, 2024 - For the second consecutive year, Nubank, one of the world's largest digital financial services platforms, has secured first place in the categories "Banking App" and "Digital Bank" of the Estadão Best Services ranking. In its 9th edition, the award highlights the companies that have most delighted consumers in 33 categories and provides insights into the relationship between market competitiveness and consumer satisfaction.

The Estadão Best Services ranking is published annually in partnership with Blend, a consultancy specialized in NPS and customer experience analysis. The research is based on 60,000 interviews and a million evaluations conducted throughout the year 2023, representing the largest national multi-category consumer experience survey.

History

In addition to ranking first in the categories of Bank App and Digital Banks twice, Nubank has also been featured in previous years. In the seventh edition of the ranking, the company led in Banks and Credit Card / Banks, and in the sixth version of the study, Nu was featured in 3 areas: Bank, Investment / Banks, and Credit Card / Bank.
