NPR Finance Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 9, 2022, approved the Appointment of Mr. Rishi Todi as an Additional Director (Non-Executive non-independent category) of the Company. Further, Mr. Rishi Todi has also been appointed as a member of the following Committees of the Board: Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, Fair Practice Committee and IT Strategy Committee.
