K S C Co., Ltd, Youngkyu Park and Jiyoung Yoon agreed to acquire 62.5% stake in Kos Tech Co., Ltd. from NPK Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A048830) for KRW 830 million on March 25, 2019. K S C Co., Ltd, Youngkyu Park and Jiyoung Yoon will acquire 0.022 million, 0.022 million and 0.006 million shares respectively of Kos Tech Co., Ltd.

NPK.Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of plastic resins together with its subsidiaries. The Company operates its business through two divisions: synthetic resins division and automobile components division. Its synthetic resins division produces plastic compounds, including polypropylene (PP) compounds, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) compounds, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) compounds and others used for automobiles, electronics and electrical products, and master batches, such as color master batches and additive master batches used for sheets, films, fibers and others. Its automobile components division engages in the manufacture of automobile external and internal material components, such as piller, garnishes and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
