Norwegian Block Exchange AS (OB:NBX) agreed to acquire THE MINT AS on January 26, 2024. The transaction is valued at NOK 24 million. Transaction is subject to approval at the NBX general assembly meeting.

The transaction is expected to be completed no later than February 29, 2024.
