North Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was CNY 2,358.580 million compared to CNY 2,460.835 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 97.340 million compared to CNY 143.329 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 90.179 million compared to CNY 136.595 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.16 compared to CNY 0.25 a year ago.
North Chemical Industries Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of chemical raw materials and chemical products. The Company operates through three businesses. The cellulose and its derivatives business includes three series, four wetting agents and more than 80 brands of nitrocellulose products. The chemical defense and environmental protection business produces activated carbon deep adsorption purification devices and environmental protection equipment mainly based on regeneration, including activated carbon and catalysts, protective equipment and environmental protection equipment. The special industrial pump business is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, sale and service of slurry pumps and industrial pumps. The Company mainly conducts business in domestic and foreign markets.
