Fu Bing won the bid to acquire 97.1% stake in Jiangxi Luqing Nc Co., Ltd. from North Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002246) on August 21, 2019. Fu Bing signed property rights transaction contract to acquire 97.1% stake in Jiangxi Luqing Nc Co., Ltd. from North Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002246) for CNY 3.9 million on December 30, 2020. The transaction was approved in the 29th and 45th Meeting, of the 4th Directorate of North Chemical Industries Co., Ltd.
North Chemical Industries Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of chemical raw materials and chemical products. The Company operates through three businesses. The cellulose and its derivatives business includes three series, four wetting agents and more than 80 brands of nitrocellulose products. The chemical defense and environmental protection business produces activated carbon deep adsorption purification devices and environmental protection equipment mainly based on regeneration, including activated carbon and catalysts, protective equipment and environmental protection equipment. The special industrial pump business is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, sale and service of slurry pumps and industrial pumps. The Company mainly conducts business in domestic and foreign markets.
