Vior Inc. entered into a purchase agreement to acquire a block of 40 claims covering 2,230 hectares from North American Exploration Corp. and a prospector for CAD 0.031 million.

Vior Inc. (TSXV:VIO) entered into a purchase agreement to acquire a block of 40 claims covering 2,230 hectares from North American Exploration Corp. (OTCPK:NAMX) and a prospector for CAD 0.031 million on February 2, 2021. The consideration paid for the transaction was paid in combination of CAD 0.008 million in cash and issuance of 0.15 million shares.

A 2% Net Smelter Return royalty has been granted to the vendor, half of which may be repurchased for CAD 1 million. The transaction is subject to the acceptance and approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. In a related transaction Vior acquired interest in a total of 43 claims in 5 blocks.
